Gowalkot Fort

A10. We charge the following Common Non- Comprehensive Maintenance Charges:

  • Agri Plot Maintenance @ Rs. 2000 per plot per month,
  • House Keeping Maintenance @ Rs.2 per sqft per month of the Pro- Rata Built up area of the 1RK Studio Row-House (Example - approx. 380 sqft * Rs.2 = Rs.760) &
  • Common Maintenance of Residential Plot @ Rs.0.40/- per sqft per month of the pro-rata share of the Residential Plot on which the Studio Row- houses have been constructed.

Yearly escalation @ 8% will apply (Commencing from the year 2021
What is Covered in the Common Maintenance:
1. 24 Hrs. project caretaker.
2. Application of Fertilizers to the plantation (Once a year)
3. Checking of proper functioning of Drip Systems (once a week). Informing the owners if any damages have incurred & getting it repaired after the budget is approved by the owner.
4. Arranging site visits of Agro Consultants twice a month & informing the owner (via email) about the updates.
5. Executing Pre & Post agro harvest tasks.
6. Cleaning your cottage once a week.
7. Cutting the grass twice a year in the residential plot area ( Studio Row-Houses area)

What is not covered in the Common Maintenance?
1. Repairs or changing of any equipment which are to be done by 3rd party agencies. Example- If the water pump has conked off &
a) It needs to be changed.
b) Its damage can be repaired by its trained artisan only.
2. Electricity, water charges & Govt. Land Revenue charges.
3. Any damages due to Natural Disasters or Climatic Changes which may happen to the crops.
4. Consultants professional charges.
