• For Type 2 Category ( Land situated on Plateau )
  Rs. 45 Lacs.*

Conditions Apply

• * All the cottages of various investors will be developed in our adjacent project, “Konkan County” & will be promoted under Homestay - Tourism concept.
• # Maintenance charges will be applicable & is to be paid in advance on yearly basis.
• ## Monthly 2 visits will be done by the experts / consultants & their charges will have to be borne on actual by the group of investors.
